The last company I worked for pre-COVID had a toxic, patriarchal culture that mandated "fun", and I - a physically disabled, autistic introvert - was constantly castigated for refusing to participate. I'm so glad this is slowly going away (although my current team is very into forcing social stuff, even though it's all virtual).
