This is a great essay, but I think you should have used a less clickbait-y title. You didn’t abandon your daughter, so it’s pretty clear you used that title just to get reads. Obviously, it worked, but I’m not going to follow you or in fact read anything else you write, because I don’t want to be manipulated this way.
